iBoss for iPecs
iBOSSis an application which provides a complete communications management suite for all users of the system. Users have the ability to manage their desktop phones, view real-time and historical call data, see the status of other extensions and securely record all external telephone calls.

iBOSS has been designed to work using all available data outputs from the iPECS system, including the ACD and Contact centre functions. iBOSS can display real-time queue levels, detailed missed call data, agent availability and performance via the real-time dashboard using customisable widgets

The Phone Monitor is included as part of all editions of iBOSS. The application shows all extensions on the system with extension numbers, a friendly name and the status of the extension.
Customisable for your own groupings:
You can configure three custom groups, with only those agents or extensions that you require. This is especially useful for teams as each user can set up their viewer to only show the extensions they require.
